摘要
本文对龙海社区102#、103#住宅楼规划设计进行了系统分析,分析测算原规划区域内最大程度上允许建设楼的栋数和层数,保证规划的各项经济指标符合规划要求,最终确定规划设计方案。
This paper makes a systematic analysis on the Longhai community 102#, 103# residential building planning and design, calculated the maximum permits building construction number and the floor number in the original planning range, ensured the planning economic indicators to meet the requirements of the planning, and ultimately determined the design plan.
