糖尿病肾病患者血液透析治疗对患者营养状态及微炎症状态的影响

Effect of Hemodialysis Treatment for Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy on the Nutrition State and Micro-inflammation Status of Patients

目的分析不同血液透析方式对糖尿病肾病患者营养状态及微炎症状态的影响。方法根据血液透析方式的不同分为高通量组和常规组,实验组患者给予高通量血液透析,对照组患者给予常规血液透析,再选取同期来该院体检的健康人20名作为对照组研究对象。结果糖尿病肾病患者的hs-CRP、IL-6以及TNF-α等微炎症指标与正常健康人相比明显升高(P<0.05);糖尿病肾病患者的BMI、TP以及ALB等指标与正常健康人相比明显降低(P<0.05),常规血液透析后患者的BMI、TP以及ALB会继续显著下降(P<0.05)。结论采取常规的血液透析治疗会加重患者的微炎症状态,对营养状态产生不良影响,而高通量血液透析可以缓解患者的微炎症状态,改善营养状态。

Objective To analyze the effect of hemodialysis treatment for patients with diabetic nephropathy on the nutrition state and micro-inflammation status of patients. Methods The patients were divided into the high-flux group and routine group according to different hemodialysis methods, the experimental group adopted the high-flux hemodialysis, while the control group adopted the routine hemodialysis, and 20 cases of healthy people in our hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group. Results The hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α obviously increased compared with those of the normal healthy people（P〈0.05）, and the BMI, TP and ALB of patients with diabetic nephropathy obviously decreased with those of normal healthy people（p〈0.05）, and the BMI, TP and ALB of patients with routine hemodialysis could continuously deceased（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The routine hemodialysis treatment can aggravate the micro-inflammation state, which can have an adverse effect on the nutrition state, but the high-flux hemodialysis can relieve the micro-inflammation status of patients and improve the nutrition state.
