复方樟柳碱治疗儿童糖尿病视网膜病变的效果

Effect of Compound Anisodine Hydrobromide in Treatment of Diabetes Retinopathy in Children

目的探讨复方樟柳碱治疗儿童糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果。方法选取2013年9月—2015年12月长春市儿童医院眼耳鼻喉科收治的糖尿病视网膜病变患儿238例,随机分为两组各119例,对照组给予维生素B_1、复方芦丁等治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予复方樟柳碱治疗,比较治疗前后视力变化和治疗有效率。结果观察组治疗后视力改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗有效率为84.9%,对照组治疗有效率为63.0%(P<0.05)。结论复方樟柳碱治疗儿童糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果满意,值得应用。

Objective To discuss the effect of Compound anisodine hydrobromide in treatment of diabetes retinopathy in children. Methods 238 cases of children with diabetes retinopathy admitted and treated in the department of otolaryngology in Changchun children hospital from September 2013 to November 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 119 cases in each, the control group were treated with vitamin B1 and compound rutin, the observation group were treated with compound anisodine hydrobromide on the basis of the control group, and the visual change and treatment effective rate before and after treatment were compared. Results The visual improvement after treatment in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the treatment effective rate was 84,9% in the observation group and 63.0% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of compound anisodine hydrobromide in treatment of diabetes retinopathy in children is satisfactory, which is worth application.
