护理教育干预对糖尿病足预防的效果分析

目的分析在糖尿病足预防中给予护理教育干预的临床护理效果。方法该研究选取该院收治的糖尿病足患者88例进行分析,选取时间段为2014年3月—2016年3月期间,以随机数字表法为依据进行平均分组,予以常规护理干预的44例患者命名为对照组,而同时予以护理教育干预的44例患者命名为研究组,护理干预后将研究组和对照组护理干预效果进行比较和分析。结果经不同护理干预,研究组相较于对照组,血糖水平、认知能力、日常生活能力及护理满意度方面均明显较优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病足预防中给予护理教育干预护理效果理想,可对足病进行预防,值得大范围推广和应用。

Objective To analyze the preventive effect of nursing education intervention on diabetic foot. Methods 88 cases of patients with diabetic foot admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 44 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing intervention, while the research group adopted the nursing education intervention on the basis of the control group, and the effect was researched and compared after the nursing intervention. Results After different nursing interventions, the blood sugar level, cognitive a- bility, activity of daily living and nursing satisfactory degree in the research group Were obviously better than those in the control group, and the differences between groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The preventive effect of nursing education intervention on diabetic foot is ideal, which can prevent the diabetic foot, which is worth great promotion and application.
