中频脉冲电辅助治疗糖尿病合并慢性盆腔炎疗效观察

Observation of the Effect of Intermediate Frequency Pulse Electric Therapy on Diabete Observation on Curative Effect of Adjunctive Treatment of Intermediate Frequency Pulse Electricity for Diabetes and Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的探讨中频脉冲电(电脑仿生治疗仪)辅助治疗糖尿病合并慢性盆腔炎的效果。方法选取2015年9月—2016年9月在该院治疗的糖尿病合并慢性盆腔炎患者114例,随机分为两组各57例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用中频脉冲电治疗仪治疗,比较两组疗效。结果观察组总有效率为91.2%,明显优于对照组71.9%(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中频脉冲电(电脑仿生治疗仪)辅助治疗糖尿病合并慢性盆腔炎效果显著,值得应用。

Objective To discuss the curative effect of adjunctive treatment of intermediate frequency pulse electricity for diabetes and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 114 cases of patients with diabetes and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 57 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine treatment, while the observation group adopted the intermediate frequency pulse electricity treatment on the basis of the control group, and the curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group （91.2% vs 71.9%）,（P〈0.05）, and there was no difference in the adverse reaction between the two groups, （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The effect of adjunctive treatment of intermediate frequency pulse electricity for diabetes and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is obvious, which is worth application.
