摘要
供应商选择是复杂的决策问题,需要平衡不同专家的标准和意见。本文结合灰色关联分析和Dempster-Shafer合成规则来建立两种基于不确定语言变量的多属性决策模型。首先,就个体而言,灰色关联分析是根据关联性的大小来度量每个专家的个体偏好。其次,就决策群体而言,Dempster-Shafer合成规则是聚集决策者的个体偏好为一个集体偏好,将聚合结果进行排序,从而得到最优决策结果。将所建立的方法应用于供应商选择问题,通过实例展示了基于语言值的群决策模型可为处在全球经济市场中的企业提供一种有效的方法来评估和选择供应商。
Supplier selection is a complex decision process,which need to aggregate the opinions from different experts. To address this issue,we employ grey related analysis and Dempster--Shafer theory to propose a multiple attribute decision making model under uncertain linguistic variables. Grey related analysis is employed to obtain individual preferences. The Dempster--Shafer rule of combination is used to aggregate individual preferences into a collective preference, by which the candidate alternatives are ranked and the best alternative is obtained. The proposed approach is illustrated on the data set of supplier selection problem, which shows the effectiveness of the proposed model in terms of evaluating and improving supplier selection decisions for enterprises and companies.
