摘要
本文分析城市规划的部分用地指标的特点,通过换算和统计数据分析等量化分析手段,分析与居住功能相关的部分指标之间的关联性。研究了城市中居住用地和商业用地的配比,提出了两者的换算关系。以城市人口规模、城市人口密度和国内人均生产总值为因子,研究了城市居住人口与建成区绿化覆盖率的关系,城市居住用地与交通用地的关联性。针对存在的问题,文章提出完善城市居住功能相关指标的建议,包括:应该注重指标相互之间配比关系,由二维度量走向三维度量,引入新的辅助指标标准等等。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of indicators for city planning, through the conversion and statistical data analysis method, analyzes the correlation between the related indexes of residential function. It studies the relationship between the Urban Residential Land and Commercial Land, put forward the conversion relation. In the Urban Population Scale, the Urban Population Density and Per Capita GDP as the factor, It studies the correlation between Urban Resident Population and Built up Area Greening Coverage; the correlation between Green Land and Traffic Land. It puts forward some improvement suggestions on the urban planning index in the light of the existing problems, including: focus on the proportion of the relevant indicators of the living function; index measurement from two-dimensional to three-dimensional; introduce the new auxiliary indicators, etc.
