互联网的兴起不仅影响了社会交往、商业模式和价值观念,也影响了政治沟通、结社参与和权力运行。互联网成为影响党群关系的关键变量,成为政治参与的新型平台,成为舆论交锋的重要场域,成为政治风险的触发动力,进而对党的执政形成了新的考验。"过不了互联网这一关,就过不了长期执政这一关。"执政党要有效回应这一考验,就必须提升信息化背景下的政党适应性,把握互联网政治的内在规律,加强执政党网络形象建设,提升网上群众工作能力,深化网络政治舆情分析,重视网络危机的疏导和化解。

The rise of internet has not only changed social interaction,business behavior and social values,but also changed the way of political communication,association and participation,as well as power operations.Internet has become a key variable to the relations between the Party and the mass,a new platform of political participation,an important arena of public opinion clash,a trigger for political risk,which brings new challenges to the party＇s ruling.＂The party that cannot pass the test of internet will not pass the test of ruling in long term＂.To respond to the test of internet,the Ruling Party should improve the party adaptation in the information age,understand the innate nature of internet politics,strengthen the building of the Party＇s network image,enhance the ability of online mass work,deepen online political opinion analysis,and highlight the diffusion and dissolve of network crisis.
