摘要
随着经济化的全球化发展,国外的先进设计理念对国内市场的冲击很大,尤其是服装行业,过多的抄袭,缺乏自主的创新,设计理念的更新跟不上人们对时尚认知的发展等,这些现状制约了中国服装制造业的发展,而要想解决这些问题,必须不断提高服装设计师的能力,并通过有效的岗位竞争机制,激发创新活力,打造具有中国特色的一流服装品牌,为冲击国际市场积聚力量。
With economic globalization, development of foreign advanced design concepts big impact on the domestic market,especially in theapparel industry,too much plagiarism,lack of independent innovation,design concept updating to keepupwithpeople'sperception of fashion development,which restricted the development status of China's garment industry,and in order to solve these problems,we must continue to improve the ability ofthe designer,and job competition through effective mechanism to stimulate innovation and vitality,build first-class clothing brand with Chinesecharacteristics,the impact of the international market for the accumulation of power.
