摘要 文化是幼儿园建设之本,育人文化是办园的重要内容和途径。儿童是独立的个体,儿童社会化是儿童从自然人逐步向社会人转化的过程,是形成个性与自我、外化于人际交往、习得幼儿园规范,进而内化于社会道德与责任的过程,最终能适应幼儿园、适应社会。因此,促进儿童社会化的发展,应是幼儿园育人文化的必然价值落脚点。当前幼儿园育人文化存在品牌创建架空、文化内容偏置、教育实施失衡等问题。基于儿童社会化视角,幼儿园育人文化的价值回归,应立足于文化对儿童社会化的外在给予和内在生成两方面,通过儿童社会构筑、幼儿园规范规约习得、儿童主体意识形成、道德与责任内化等实现育人价值,最终促成儿童社会化。 Culture is the basis of the construction of kindergarten, and education culture is the important content and way to do kindergarten. Children are independent individuals. Socialization of children is a process that children transformed gradually from natural person to social person and it is a process of forming personality and ego,externalizing interpersonal communication and acquiring the norms of kindergarten and then internalizing social morality and responsibillty,finally the children adapt to kindergarten and society. Therefore, promoting the development of the socialization of children should be the inevitable value of kindergarten education culture.At present,there are some problems on the edu- cation culture of kindergarten, such as the overhead of the brand building, the deviation of main position, the unbalance of implementation of ed- ucation and so on.Based on the perspective of the socialization of children,the value return of kindergarten education culture should be based on the two aspects: extemal giving and internal acquiring of culture to children's socialization, through the construction of children's society, the acquisition of normative norms in kindergarten, the formation of children's subjective consciousness, the internalization of morality and responsibility,and so on,the value of education can be realized,which ultimately leads to the socialization of children.
