高等工程类本科教育顶岗实习及其保障措施探析

Study on Occupation Post Practice Mode and Guarantee Measures for Higher Engineering Undergraduate Education

根据中国高等工科教育传统的实践性教学方式现状,阐述水利类应用型本科教育推行顶岗实习的目的与必要性,针对水文与水资源工程专业的培养目标及人才培养规格,分析该专业顶岗实习的内容与方式。从建立完善的顶岗实习指导计划、构建顶岗实习考核体系、加强实习基地建设以及出台制度与法律政策等四个方面,探讨水文与水资源工程专业顶岗实习教学实施保障措施。提出从基础知识与基本技能、组织纪律与职业精神、技术水平与工作能力三个方面构建该专业顶岗实习的考核指标体系及其相关的定量评价技术方法。

According to the analysis on the current situation of traditional practice teaching pattern of higher engineering education in China, the purpose and necessity of implementing occupation post practice for water conservancy application-oriented undergraduates are expounded in this paper. The contents and mode of undergraduate＇ s occupation post practice are discussed based on the professional training objectives and personnel training specifications of the undergraduates in hydrology and water resources engineering. Preliminary study on guarantee measures are made for implementing the occupation post practice plan of the undergraduate in hydrology and water resources engineering, including the formulation of perfect internship guidance plan, configrtration of undergraduate＇ s occupation post practice evaluation mechanism, improvement of practice teaching base construction and establishment of legal institution and policy. The evaluation index system and quantitative evaluation technical method are constituted from such three aspects as the specialty foundation and basic skills, organizational discipline and professional ethics, and technique level and work ability.
