本科生学业管理双轨思路下“非普遍导师制”研究 被引量:1

摘要 目前,很多高校本科生采取辅导员制度的单轨模式,在关注学生日常行为规范(政治、品德、纪律等)的同时,却忽略了学业指导。采取本科生日常管理和学业指导的"双轨思路",即采取辅导员制度和"非普遍导师制"并行管理模式,可以有效解决这一问题。"非普遍导师制"采取以学生兴趣和师生双向选择为原则,以产学研融合发展为基石,以培养创新型、能力型人才为目标,采取"学校+院系"双层评价模式,以"非普遍"始,以"普遍"终,达到辩证普遍的目的。"双轨思路"下的"非普遍导师制"有望为当今本科生管理提供思路。 At present,many colleges take single track counselor system mode in managing undergraduates. While paying attention to students' daily behavior norms(political,moral, discipline, etc. ), they ignore the academic guidance. This problem can be effectively solved by "dual-track thinking" management model which is combined daily management with academic guidance,that is to adopt the guidance system of the counselor system and non universal tutorial system. "Non universal tutorial system" takes on the interests of the students and the two-way selection principle between teachers and students, based on the integration of production, teaching and research, with the aim of cultivating inno- vative and competent talents,using "school and department" double evaluation model,starts from "non universal", ends with "universal", and finally achieves the purpose of dialectical universal. The "non universal tutorial system" under "dual-track thing" is expected to provide ideas for the management of undergraduate students.
