追寻稳定、自主与平衡——《澳大利亚课程评论》述评

摘要 澳大利亚国家课程颁布三年后,政府于2014年1月正式成立了国家课程评估小组,围绕课程的稳定性、自主性和平衡性,对其开发与实施进行评估与检讨,并颁布了最终报告《澳大利亚课程评论》。该报告主要从国家课程的开发与实施、课程结构、各学习领域、课程开发治理的未来走向四个方面来阐释评估结果。通过解读《澳大利亚课程评论》,总结出四点启示:关注学生核心素养的培养,重视潜在价值观的指导;建立专业的学业评价团队,推动课程改革制度化和规范化建设;注重学生多元文化能力的培养;开创"自下而上"新机制,促进公众理解。 Tkree years after Australian Curriculum issued, in January 2014, the government formally established the Panel to evaluate the robustness,independence and balance of the Australian Curriculum by reviewing both the development process and content, and finally published a Report- Review of the Australian Curriculum. This report illustrated the reviews from the following respects: development and imple- mentation of the Australian Currieulmn,the structure of the Australian Curriculum,learning areas of the Australian Curriculum and future reforms to governance for curriculum development. There are four enlightenments by analyzing the Report. Firstly, pay more attention to students' key eompetenees and the guidance of potential value. Secondly, set up a professional academic assessment team and promote institutionalized and normalized development in curriculum. Then, cultivate students' multieuhural competence. Finally, create a "top-down" mechanism and promote public understanding of the Australian Curriculum.
