Research on information asymmetry and the financing problems of small and medium-sized technology enterprises

文章基于信息不对称视角来探讨科技型中小企业普遍存在的融资困境,提出依托有为的政府:提高治理能力,增加制度供给;高效的平台:拓展融资渠道,整合金融资源;有效的市场:发挥调节职能、实现资源最优配置等3个方面的建设,在一定程度上打破信息不对称问题,解决科技型中小企业的融资难题,为供给侧结构性改革提供良好的创新环境和激励机制。

Based on the perspective of information asymmetry, this article is to explore the common financing difficulties of small and medium-sized technology enterprises and proposes to rely on the promising government： to improve governance capacity, increase the system supply; efficient platform： expand financing channels, the integration of financial resources; effective market： play regulation function, realize the construction of the three aspects like the optimal allocation of resources, so as to break the information asymmetry to a certain extent, to solve the financing problems of small and medium-sized technology enterprises, and to provide a good innovation environment and incentive mechanism for supply side structural reform.
