基于工匠精神重塑的江苏中小制造企业升级转型的若干思考

Some thoughts on the upgrading and transformation of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in Jiangsu based on the reconstruction of craftsman spirit

江苏是制造大省,以实体经济见长。推进"中国制造2025",建设强富美高新江苏,关键是要有与之相应的劳动力结构,工匠精神是其"精神之钙"。江苏要适应新常态,谋划未来,必须从制造大省升级成为制造强省,在制造业转型升级中全面贯彻落实工匠精神。文章基于中国制造2025出发,以文化浸淫、制度完善、科技创新为逻辑起点,针对江苏省中小制造企业工匠精神缺失,制造企业数量多而不强,自主创新能力不够的困境提供相应解决对策。

Jiangsu is a big manufacturing province which is known for its real economy. The key to promoting the conduction of ＂Made in China 2025＂ and the construction of high-tech Jiangsu is to have the corresponding labor structure, the ＂spiritual calcium＂ of which is the craftsmanship. To adapt to this new normal, Jiangsu province needs to plan for the future, completing the shift from a big manufacturing province to a strong manufacturing province and fully implementing the craftsmanship in the course of the upgrading and transformation of the manufacturing industry. Based on ＂Made in China 2025＂, this paper takes the cultural immersion,the system perfection, the scientific and technological innovation as the logical starting point and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the lack of the craftsmanship in the small and medium-slzed manufacturing enterprises in our province, for the imbalance between the quality and quantity of manufacturing enterprises and for the dilemma of weak independent innovation ability.
