Study on incentive mechanism of scientific researchers in local colleges

各个地方院校作为我国教育体系的基本单位机构,其在我国教育界的地位不言而喻。地方院校的科研人员在院校的发展过程当中具有巨大的作用,科研人员可以促进院校的教学改革,提升教学质量,为学生全方面发展铺好了道路,所以,对科研人员的激励显得尤为重要。文章对地方院校科研人员的激励机制进行了研究。

As the basic unit of our education system bodies, the position of local colleges in the education sector in China is self-evident. Researchers in local colleges play important role in the process of the colleges＇ development. They can contribute to the teaching reform of colleges, improving teaching quality, paving the way for the students in all aspects of development. So the incentive mechanism seems particularly important for researchers. This paper studies the incentive mechanism of scientific research personnel in local colleges and universities.
