摘要
文章对燃气电厂建设工程的造价控制问题进行了分析,提出在决策、设计、招投标、施工、结算各个阶段的造价管控手段,从而达到有效控制造价的目的,降低投资成本。
This thesis analyzes the problem of the cost control of the construction of gas power plant project, putting forward the cost control means in the decision-making, design, bidding, construction in each stage of settlements, so as to effectively control the cost and reduce the cost of investment.
