摘要
以甬台温高速公路西坞至新屋段桑洲岭隧道路面改造方案为例,探讨了级配碎石柔性基层设计的施工工艺和使用效果.方案在完成测定原材料指标的基础上,参考相关规范进行配合比设计,确定了最佳级配曲线和最佳含水量,同时进行级配碎石柔性基层的铺筑.经过三年多的通车营运,效果良好.
Taking the Sangzhouling Tunnel pavement reconstruction engineering in the section from Xiwu to Xinwu of the Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou Expressway for example, the present paper discusses the construction technology and its effect of the graded broken stone flexible base. On the basis of the determination of raw material index, the scheme is designed referring to the mixture ratio of specifications, determining the best grading curve and the best water content, and meanwhile paving the graded broken stone flexible base. After over 3 years of operation, the scheme proves effective.
