玉林师范学院承优创新,顺势而为,抓住卓越教师培养改革的关键和重点,构建"高校—地方教育行政管理部门—中小学校"协同育人平台,成立卓越教师实验班,优化人才培养方案和教学体系,改进和加强实践教学,开展教学教研活动,形成高校、地方教育行政管理部门、优质中小学三方共育、立体培养卓越教师的培养模式,并取得显著成效。玉林师范学院卓越教师"三位一体"协同培养模式的成效与经验在校内外得到广泛认同。
