摘要 玉林师范学院承优创新,顺势而为,抓住卓越教师培养改革的关键和重点,构建"高校—地方教育行政管理部门—中小学校"协同育人平台,成立卓越教师实验班,优化人才培养方案和教学体系,改进和加强实践教学,开展教学教研活动,形成高校、地方教育行政管理部门、优质中小学三方共育、立体培养卓越教师的培养模式,并取得显著成效。玉林师范学院卓越教师"三位一体"协同培养模式的成效与经验在校内外得到广泛认同。 By inheriting and developing the excellent traditions, Yulin Normal University has built a "university- local educational administration department--primary and secondary schools" co-cultivation platform to cultivate excellent t eachersi Through optimizing cultivation program and teaching system, as well as improving and enhancing practical teaching and teaching research, the university, together with the local educational administration department and some outstanding primary and secondary schools, co-cultivated excellent teachers and has got remarkable achievements. The achievements and experiences in carrying out this "trinity" co-cultivation mode have been widely approved inside and outside the university.
