摘要
法律援助是实践性与实效性最强的高校法学实践教学方法之一。针对当前法律援助在我国高校法学实践教学中的不足,必须对高校学生法律援助的几个重要问题重新进行思考:法学实践教学中法律援助的目标定位应是合理确定特色化学生培养模式,教学主体不应纯粹以学生为主,教学实施应建立长效机制,未来发展应注重于社会化趋势。
Legal aid is one of the most practical and effective methods in practical teaching of law. In view of the current shortage of legal aid in the practical teaching of law in universities, several important problems concerning college students' legal aid must be rethought: the target of legal aid in practical teaching of law should properly determined to be a characteristic cultivating mode; teaching subjects should not be solely students; teaching practice should establish a long-term mechanism; future development should focus on the trend of socialization.
