小儿哮喘患者血清中LncRNA BCYRN1的表达及临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of LncRNA BCYRN1 in serum of children with asthma

目的探讨Lnc RNA BCYRN1在小儿哮喘患者血清中的表达及对小儿哮喘病情及预后的影响。方法选择2012年1月~2015年12月于我院随访的120例稳定期哮喘患儿(间歇发作30例、轻度持续发作30例、中度持续发作30例、重度持续发作30例)和30例健康对照儿童的血清样本,采用实时荧光定量PCR(QRT-PCR)检测血清中Lnc RNA BCYRN1与炎性因子TNF-α、IL-4、Ig E的表达水平,分析Lnc RNA BCYRN1的表达对患儿预后的影响及其与TNF-α、IL-4、Ig E的表达的相关性。结果 Lnc RNA BCYRN1在哮喘患儿血清中的表达较健康对照儿童明显增高,Lnc RNA BCYRN1表达随转归加重呈升高趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Lnc RNA BCYRN1随转归加重呈升高趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Lnc RNA BCYRN1的表达与炎性因子TNF-α、IL-4、Ig E的表达成正相关(r=0.712、0.770、0.748,均P<0.001)。结论 Lnc RNA BCYRN1表达水平与小儿哮喘病情严重程度有关,可作为判断预后的指标,对临床小儿哮喘预后的判断具有一定作用。

Objective To investigate the expression of serum LncRNA BCYRN1 in children with asthma and the influ- ence on the situation and prognosis.Methods Serum samples of 120 children with stable asthma from January 2012 to December 2015 in our hospital （including 30 cases of intermittent episodes,30 cases of mild sustained episodes,30 cas- es of moderate sustained episodes,30 cases of severe persistent episodes） and 30 cases of healthy children as health control were collected.The＇ expression levels of LncRNA BCYRN1 and TNF-α,IL-4,IgE were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR （qRT-PCR） and the effect of LncRNA BCYRN1 expression on the prognosis were also analyzed.Meanwhile,the relationship between serum LncRNABCYRN1 expression and inflammatory factors IgE,IL-4 and TNF-α were analyzed.Results The expression of LncRNA BCYRN1 in the serum of asthmatic children was signifi- cantly higher than that in the children of health control （P〈0.05）.The expression level of LncRNA BCYRN1 increased gradually with the aggravation of the disease （P〈0.05）.A positive correlation was also found between LncRNA BCYRN1 expression and inflammatory factors TNF-α,IL-4,IgE （r=0,712,0.770,0.748,all P〈0.001）.Conclusion The expression of LncRNA BCYRN1 level associated with children asthma.LncRNA BCYRN1 can be as a predict biomarker of prognosis in children asthma.
