摘要
卵巢反应性是指在促排卵过程中,卵巢对外源性促性腺激素的反应并使卵泡发育的能力。有研究显示,在促排卵治疗中,卵巢低反应的发生率约为20%。有众多的因素影响卵巢反应性,如年龄、窦卵泡数、基础激素水平、AMH、卵巢基质血流等。针对影响卵巢低反应患者的治疗方法很多,但临床效果不佳,本文对卵巢低反应的检测指标及治疗方法进行综述。
Ovarian response refers to the ability of ovaries responding to exogenous gonadotropins and to develop folli- cles during ovulation induction.Studies have shown that the incidence of poor ovarian response is about 20% in ovula- tion induction.There are many factors influencing on ovarian response including age,number of antral follicles,basal hor- mone levels,anti-mullerian hormone （AMH）,and ovarian stromal flow,etc..In patients with poor ovarian response,many therapeutic methods can be used,but with an unfavorable effect.This paper reviewed the predictive index and treatment methods of poor ovarian response.
