银杏叶提取物联合耳聋左慈丸治疗对肾虚型老年性聋患者血液流变学的影响

Influence of Ginkgo Biloba Extract combined with Erlong Zuoci Pills treatment on hemorheology of patients with kidney deficiency type presbycusis

目的探讨银杏叶提取物联合耳聋左慈丸治疗对肾虚型老年性聋患者血液流变学的影响。方法选取2015年1~6月在我科接受治疗的90例肾虚型老年性聋患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组采用耳聋左慈丸治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用银杏叶提取物静脉滴注治疗。比较两组治疗前后的血液流变学指标变化情况。结果观察组治疗后的血小板聚集率、血浆黏度以及纤维蛋白原水平低于治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的全血黏度低切、全血黏度高切以及血沉水平低于治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银杏叶提取物联合耳聋左慈丸治疗肾虚型老年性聋患者,能够显著改善患者的血液流变学情况,临床效果显著。

Objective To investigate the influence of Ginkgo Biloba Extract combined with Erlong Zuoci Pills treatment on hemorheology of patients with kidney deficiency type presbycusis.Methods 90 cases of kidney deficiency type pres- byeusis from January 2015 to June 2015 in our hospital were selected as the object of this study,all patients were ran- domly divided into the observation group and the control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Erlong Zuoei Pills,the observation group was treated with Ginkgo Biloba Extract infusion therapy on the basis of the control group.The changes of hemorheology before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results The level of platelet aggregation rate,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen after treatment in the observation group was lower than that before treatment and the control group after treatment,with saignificant difference （P〈0.05）.The level of whole blood viscosity at low shear,whole blood viscosity at high shear and erythroeyte sedimentation rate after treatment in the ob- servation group was lower than that before treatment and the control group after treatment,with saignifieant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ginkgo Biloba Extract combined with Erlong Zuoci Pills in the treatment of kidney deficiency type presbyeusis can significantly improve the patient＇s blood rheology,with significant clinical effect.
