中药龙血竭肠溶片治疗眼外肌麻痹46例效果观察

Effect observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Longxuejie Enteric Coated Tablets in treating 46 cases of extraocular muscle paralysis

目的探讨中药龙血竭肠溶衣片治疗眼外肌麻痹患者的临床效果。方法选择我院2009年10月~2016年5月诊治的46例46眼首发双眼复视确诊眼外肌麻痹患者作为研究对象,采用中药龙血竭肠溶衣片口服,3次/d,2.4 g/次,连续服用3个月,比较每个月的总有效率变化及病程与疗效的关系。结果治疗第1个月的总有效率为84.78%,第2个月的总有效率为91.30%,第3个月的总有效率为97.83%,三组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在疗效与病程的关系中,发病时间愈短,治疗愈早,疗效就愈好。结论中药龙血竭肠溶片可以有效治疗眼外肌麻痹所致的复视。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Longxuejie Enteric Coated Tablets in treating patients with extraocular muscle paralysis.Methods 46 patients with extraocular muscle paralysis （46 eyes） who first diagnosed as binocular diplopia in our hospital from October 2009 to May 2016 were selected.All patients were treated, with Traditional Chinese Medicine Longxuejie Enteric Coated Tablets,trlple a day and 2.4 g one time for continue 3 months.The change of total effective rate in each and the relationship between the course of disease and curative effect were compared.Results After treatment for 1,2 and 3 months,the total effective rate were respectively 84.78%,91.30% and 97.83%,the difference was significant among three groups （P〈0.05）.In the relationship between the course of dis- ease and curative effect,the shorter the onset time and the earlier the treatment,the better the effect.Conclusion Tradi- tional Chinese Medicine Longxuejie Enteric Coated Tablets has significant effect in the treatment of diplopia caused by extraocular muscle paralysis.
