苓桂术甘汤加减治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床效果观察

Observation of the curative effct of Ling Gui Zhu Gan Decoction in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo

目的探讨苓桂术甘汤治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床效果。方法选取我科2015年8月~2016年8月收治的67例后循环缺血性眩晕患者,随机分为治疗组(34例)和对照组(33例)。对照组静脉滴注马来酸桂哌齐特及口服甲磺酸倍他司汀片,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合苓桂术甘汤加减治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组的总有效率为91.17%,显著高于对照组的75.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后的D-DT、Hcy、三酰甘油、总胆固醇水平低于治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苓桂术甘汤加减能够有效治疗后循环缺血性眩晕,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Ling Gui Zhu Gan Decoction in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Methods 67 patients with posterior circulation isehemic vertigo treated in our department from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group （n=34） and the control group （n=33）.The control group was treated with Cinpazide Maleate injection and Betahistine mesylate,the treatment group was treated with Ling Gui Zhu Gan Decoction on the basis of the control group.The curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total efficiency rate of the treatment group was 91.17%,which was significantly higher than 75.75% of the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The levels of D-DT,Hey,three glycerol and total cholesterol after treatment in the treatment group was lower than that before treatment and in the control group, with significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ling Gui Zhu Gan Decoction can effectively treat posterior circulation ischemic vertigo,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
