个性化护理对住院精神分裂症患者心理康复的影响

Efficacy of personalized nursing intervention in the psychological rehabilitation for hospitalized patients with schizophrenia

目的探讨个性化护理对住院精神分裂症患者心理康复的影响。方法将我院精神科于2014年3月~2016年8月收治的72例精神分裂症患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组36例与观察组36例,为对照组患者提供院内常规护理,为观察组提供个性化护理,比较两组患者的日常生活能力水平、心理健康状况及护理满意度。结果干预前,两组患者ADL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.01);干预3个月及6个月后,观察组患者评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预前,两组患者SCL-90各项指标评分结果比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组患者的各指标评分均有所降低,与干预前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组各指标评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者满意度(94.44%)高于对照组(72.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论护士为精神分裂症住院患者加强个性化护理干预措施,可提高患者的日常生活能力,改善心理健康状况,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of personalized nursing intervention in the psychological rehabilitation for hospitalized patients with schizophrenia.Methods 72 patients with schizophrenia in our hospital from March 2014 to August 2016 were randomly divided into control group （n=36） and observation group （n=36） according to the random number table.Patients in the control group were provided with the routine nursing in the hospital,while pa- tients in observation group were provided with personalized nursing intervention.The levels of activities of daily living, mental health status and satisfaction with nursing of patients were compared between two groups. Results Before inter- vention,there was no significantly different between the ADL scores in two groups （P〉0.OS）;after 3,6 months of interven- tion, the ADL scores of observation group was lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant （P〈O.01）.Before intervention,there were no significantly different among the scores of indexes in SCL-90 in two groups （P〉0.05）;after intervention, the scores of indexes in SCL-90 in observation group was lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）.The satisfaction with nursing of patients in obser- vation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）.Conclusion The personalized nursing intervention measures for inpatients with schizophrenia can improve patients＇ activities of dai- ly living, mental health status and satisfaction with nursing. It is worthy of clinical application.
