CRAMS评分在院前急性创伤患者中的应用研究

The application research of acute trauma patients by CRAMS score

目的探讨CRAMS评分在急性创伤患者中的应用效果情况。方法分析2014年1月~2015年12月我院收治的急性创伤患者240例临床资料进行分析,依据是否实施CRAMS评分进行分组,对照组120例和观察组120例,观察两组急性创伤患者接诊到确诊时间、急救实施时间、术前准备时间、院前明确诊断、转运成功率、转运死亡率、急救成功率、急救死亡率和患者家属满意度情况。结果观察组急性创伤患者接诊到确诊时间、急救实施时间、术前准备时间、转运死亡率、急救死亡率均低于对照组,院前明确诊断、转运成功率、急救成功率和患者家属满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CRAMS评分在急性创伤患者应用,可以明显提高抢救效率和成功率,降低死亡率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To approach result of acute trauma patients by CRAMS score.Methods The 240 clinical datas of acute trauma patients in emergency surgery of our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015,which was to be divid- ed into two groups by carrying out CRAMS score or not,control group 120 cases and detection group 120 cases,the ad- missions to diagnosis time,first aid implementation time,preoperative preparation time,pre-hospital diagnosis,transfer success rate,transfer mortality,first aid success rate,first aid mortality and patients family satisfaction of two groups a- cute trauma patients were detected.Results The admissions to diagnosis time,first aid implementation time,preoperative preparation time,transfer mortality,first aid mortality of detection group acute trauma patients were lower than control group,pre-hospital diagnosis,transfer success rate,first aid success rate and patients family satisfaction were higher than control group,the difference were statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of CRAMS score in acute trauma patients,can increase rescue efficiency and success rate,decrease mortality.h is worth to be used.
