机械振动排痰辅助治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效观察 被引量:14

摘要 目的研究机械振动排痰辅助治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取本院2015年5月至2016年10月收治的100例小儿肺炎患儿为研究对象,采用不同排痰方法将其分成对照组(n=50例)与观察组(n=50例),观察组患儿采用机械振动排痰,对照组患儿采用人工叩击排痰。比较两组患儿采用不同的方法排痰后的临床疗效和相关临床症状变化和气血指标变化情况。结果观察组患儿采用机械振动排痰后有效率为86%明显高于对照组患儿采用人工叩击排痰后有效率60%。差异较大,有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组治疗后半小时血气指标均优于对照组,同时观察组患儿咳嗽症状消失时间、气促消失时间、肺部湿啰消失时间均短于对照组患儿,每日排痰量多于对照组患儿,差异较大,有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论肺炎患儿在对症治疗的同时采用机械振动排痰疗效显著。 Objective To study the clinical effect of mechanical vibration drainage in the treatment of pneumonia in children.Methods 100 cases of children with pneumonia,hospitalized in our hospital during May2015 to October 2016,were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group( n = 50) and observation group( n = 50) according to different sputum excretion methods. Patients in the observation group were treated with mechanical vibration to excrete sputum,while patients in control group were treated with artificial beating expectoration. Compared the clinical efficacy and related clinical symptoms and changes of blood indicators of the two groups.Results The efficiency of observation group( 86%) was significantly higher than that of the control group( 60%),with statistical significance,P0.05. Half an hour after the treatment,blood gas indexes of the observation group were better than the control group. Cough symptoms disappear time,breath shortness disappearance time and pulmonary moist rales disappeared time of the observation group was shorter than the control group,the daily sputum volume was less than the control group,differences were statistically significant,P0.05. Conclusions In the treatment of pneumonia patients,the application of mechanical vibration drainage obtains a significant effect.
