摘要
目的:观察补肾敛涩方对帕金森病(Parkinson disease,PD)患者流涎与夜尿增多症状的临床疗效。方法:纳入96例伴有异常流涎和(或)夜尿增多的PD患者,随机分为治疗组48例和对照组48例。两组患者均给予西医常规治疗,治疗组患者在此基础上给予补肾敛涩方治疗,治疗疗程为6周。比较两组患者治疗前后的昼夜流涎总量及夜尿次数,评价两组患者治疗前后的统一帕金森病评定量表(unified Parkinson disease rating scale,UPDRS)总分及UPDRSⅡ-6评分。结果:治疗后,治疗组患者的昼夜流涎总量及夜尿次数均明显减少(P<0.05),且治疗组患者的昼夜流涎总量及夜尿次数明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者的UPDRSⅡ-6评分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾敛涩方能够明显改善帕金森病患者的流涎、夜尿增多的非运动症状,可用于具有此类非运动症状的PD患者。
Objective: To explore the efficacy of " Bushen Lianse Decoction" on improving salivation and nocturia in patient with Parkinson' s disease (PD). Methods: Ninety-six patients of PD suffering from abnormal salivation and/or nocturia were collected and randomly divided into the treatment group (48 cases) and the control group (48 cases). All the patients were treated with conventional western medicine and the patients in the treatment group were treated with "Bushen Lianse Decoction" additionally, with a course of 6 weeks. The amount of salivation in day and night and the nocturia times of the two groups were compared before and after treatment, and the total score of unified Parkinson disease rating scale (UPDRS) and the score of UPDRS II-6 were evaluated. Results: After treatment, the amount of salivation in day and night and the nocturia times in the treatment group were obviously decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ), and the amount of salivation in day and night and the nocturia times in the treatment group were less than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). After treatment, the score of UPDRS II- 6 of the treatment group was significantly decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and the score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : "Bushen Lianse Decoction" can obviously improve the non-motor symptoms of salivation and nocturia and can be used for the paitients of PD with such non-motor symptoms.
