我国社会主义市场经济中政府和市场关系是一个辩证统一的有机整体,但学界对此问题的理解始终分歧不断。胡钧教授的政府"驾驭论"思想,对政府和市场辩证关系的认识具体化、形象化。正确认识政府和市场的辩证关系,要超越西方市场经济理论和实践的局限性,突出"中国特色",把握实践原则。

In China＇s socialist market economy, government and market is under a dialectical unity relationship. However, the academic understandings of this issue are divided. Professor Hu Jun＇s thought about governmental regulation theory is the specification and visualization of the dialectical relationship between government and market. In order to understand correctly about the dialectical relationship between government and market, we should transcend the limitations of western market economic theory and practice, then highlight the Chinese characteristics and grasp the principles of practice.
