Research on Cut Overcapacity Under the Supply-side Structural Reform in China

文章从供给侧结构性改革中的"去产能"角度展开研究,分析"十三五"期间经济现状及产能过剩对宏观经济的影响,阐明供给侧结构性改革的困境,并最终给出供给侧结构性改革去产能的策略,即:强化政府调配职能、完善产业经济政策和加强高端产品创新。

This paper studies the present economic situation in ＂13th-Five-Year＂period and the impact of overcapacity on macro economic development from the view of ＂cut overcapacity＂ under the supply-side structural reform. It presents the difficulties in supply- side structural reform, and then puts forward the relevant strategies： enforcing governmental allocation functions, improving industrial economic policies and the innovation of high-end products.
