全球化视域下发达国家输配电价管理与经验借鉴

Management and Experience of Transmission and Distribution Price in Developed Countries in the View of Globalization

文章基于全球化视域,以英国、加拿大、美国为例,借鉴发达国家输配电价管理的方法与成功经验,认为我国输配电价管理应坚持采取两部制电价,合理处理电价交叉补贴,采取规则透明公开原则,实事求是推动发展。

Based on the perspective of globalization, learning the management methods and the successful experience of transmission and distribution price in developed countries, such as Britain, Canada, the United States, this paper considers that China should stick on two-part electricity pricing, deal with cross subsidy system of electricity price in the principle of open and transparent and seek truth from facts.
