摘要
目的分析长期低浓度苯系物暴露对汽车制造工人血清氧化应激水平的影响。方法筛查出汽车制造厂中有苯系物暴露的工人125人作为暴露组,选择该厂的行政管理、后勤服务、安保等部门的65人作为对照组;通过问卷调查收集基本信息,采集静脉血测定血清中总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、丙二醛(MDA),谷胱甘肽(GSH)和8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHd G)含量,并进行单因素和多因素分析。结果暴露组员工的血清T-SOD活力和GSH浓度低于对照组,MDA浓度和8-OHd G浓度高于对照组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长期低浓度苯系物暴露可引起人体抗氧化应激能力下降,应加强防护。
Objective To analyze the effect of long-term exposure to low concentration benzene series matter on the serum oxidative stress level of workers in automobile manufactory. Methods 125 workers exposed to benzene series were screened out into the exposure group, and 65workers from departments of the administration management, logistics ser- vice, security and so on were selected into the control group. The basic information were collected by questionnaire sur- vey. For each subject, venous blood sample was collected to determine the serum T-SOD, MDA, GSH and 8-OHd G., and to do the signal factor and multiple-factor?analysis. Results The serum T-SOD and GSH of the exposed group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P〈0.05),while the serum MDA and 8-OHd G of the exposed group wero significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusions Long-term exposure to low concentration BTEX will reduce personal anti-oxidant ability. Strengthening measures need to be taken to the protect the health of workers.
