77例24小时内新生儿母源性抗-HBs检测报告

摘要 目的了解新生儿是否具有母源性抗-HBs。方法观察77例生后24 h内新生儿,采集静脉血,进行抗-HBs定性检测,部分新生儿同时进行抗-HBs定量检测。结果 77例中,抗-HBs定性检测阳性40例,阳性率51.95%。在抗-HBs定性检测阳性40例中,有29例进行了抗-HBs定量检测,抗-HBs≥1 000 mIU/mL8人,抗-HBs(≥500 mIU/mL,<1 000mIU/mL)5人,抗-HBs(≥100 mIU/mL,<500 mIU/mL)9人,抗-HBs(≥10 mIU/mL,<100 mIU/mL)7人。结论新生儿会具有母源性抗-HBs。 Objective To study the anti-HBs in neonates aged less than 24h after delivery. Methods 77 neonates were observed and detected for the anti-HBs by qualitative method; and quantitative detection were performed in some neonates at the same time. Results The anti-ttBs were positive in 40 neonates by qualitative determination method, the maternal anti-HBs positive rate was 51.95%. 29 neonates (in those 40 neonates )were detected by quantitative method at the same time, and the concentrations of anti-HBs were ≥ 1000mIU/L in 8 neonates, and 5 neonates had the concentrations of anti-HBs of( ≥ 500mIU/mL, 〈1 000 mIU/mL), and 9 neonates had the concentrations of ( ≥ 100 mIU/mL, 〈500 mIU/mL), and 7 neonates had the concentrations of(≥ 10 mIU/mL.〈100 mIU/mL).Conclusions Some neonates have the maternal anti-HBs.
