肛瘘患者术后创面新血管形成与VEGF和VEGFR-2表达的影响 被引量:3

Effects of the recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel on anal fistula wound,angiogenesis,and expression of VEGF and VEGFR-2

摘要 目的研究贝复新凝胶(重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶)对肛瘘术后创面新血管生成恢复与血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)及其受体(VEGFR-2)表达的影响。方法选择2014年12月~2016年12月间我科收治的肛瘘挂线术后患者60例,分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),观察组以贝复新凝胶进行治疗,对照组以传统凡士林纱布治疗,治疗后7 d和14 d检测创面毛细血管数量和VEGF、VEGFR-2表达水平。结果观察组7 d、14 d的创面毛细血管数量、VEGF和VEGFR-2表达水平均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且创面毛细血管数量与VEGF、VEGFR-2表达呈显著正相关(r=0.714,P<0.05;r=0.652,P<0.05)。结论贝复新凝胶能促进肛瘘术后创面新血管恢复,提高创面VEGF和VEGFR-2表达水平。 Objective To investigate the effects of shellfish Fuxin gel (recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel) on anal fistula wound, angiogenesis and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and its receptor (VEGFR-2) expression. Methods Sixty cases of post-operation of anal fistula thread-drawing from Jan 2013 to Dec 2016 were selected and divided into observation group (n=30) , treated with Bei Fuxin Gel, and control group (n=30) , treated with Vaseline gauze. The number of capillaries and the expression level of VEGF and VEGFR-2 were detected in 7 days and 14 days after treatment. Results The number of capillaries, expression level of VEGF and VEGFR-2 of the observation group are much higher, with statistically significance (all P values 〈0.05) respectively. Related analysis showed that wound capillary number and VEGF expression was significantly positive correlated (r=0.714, P〈0.05 ) , wound capillary number and VEGFR-2 expression was significantly positive correlation ( r=0.652, P〈0.05 ). Conclusion Bei Fuxin Gel can promote angiogenesis on the wound after anal fistula surgery, accelerate the expression of VEGF and VEGFR-2. There was a significant positive correlation between the number of capillaries and VEGF, VEGFR-2 expression.
