高粘度骨水泥椎体成形术在治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折中的应用价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的总结采用高粘度骨水泥材料经皮椎体形成术(PVP)方法治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)经验。方法选取肇庆市高要区人民医院骨外科2013年8月至2016年2月收治的骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者37例为研究对象,所有患者采用高粘度骨水泥PVP手术治疗,比较术前及术后1天、1个月、3个月、半年、1年的后凸cobb′s角(度),采用视觉疼痛模拟评分(VAS)评价手术前后疼痛变化,采用脊柱功能障碍指数(ODI)评价手术前后患者活动功能,采用SF-36生存质量量表评价手术前后的生存质量。结果术后1天、1个月、3个月、半年、1年,患者后凸Cobb’s角(度)、VAS评分、ODI评分及SF-36评分均较术前明显改善(P<0.05)。术后发生骨水泥渗漏2例,渗漏率5.4%。术后随访未出现严重并发症。结论高粘度骨水泥材料临床疗效确切,对机体刺激性小,在PVP术后渗漏率低,能有效减少术后并发症的发生率,有效改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量。 Objective To investigate the application value of high viscosity bone cement in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Methods Thirty-seven patients with OVCFs in our hospital from August 2013 to February 2016 were selected and treated with high viscosity bone cement. The pain intensity, activity, and motor function was evaluated in one day after PVP, 1-month, 3-month, half an year and 1 year by VAS, ODI, SF-36 and the lateral X-ray film of spine. Results The cobbs abgle, VAS score, ODI score, SF-36 score in one-day after operation, 1-month, 3-month, half a year, 1 years after treatment were significantly improved (all P values less than 0.05). The rate of bone cement leakage was 5.4%. There was no serious complication after operation. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of high viscosity bone cement materials can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve the clinical symptoms of the patients and the quality of life of patients.
