晚期自然流产后灾难性抗磷脂综合征1例 被引量：1

摘要 1病例报告 女患者，35岁，末次月经2016．2．26，孕3产1。2010年孕早期自然流产1次，2011年足月顺产1活婴。2016—08．26因“停经26周，检查发现胎儿宫内窘迫”急诊入院。早孕期和中孕期规律产检，胎儿，发育正常。8月25H汕头大学医学院第一附属医院B超示：停经25＋周，胎儿平均孕周偏小2周，胎儿脐动脉舒张期血流缺失，考虑胎儿宫内缺氧可能；胎盘增厚；羊水量正常范围下限；
