创业教育与专业教育的双螺旋模式及融合路径

Double Helix Model and Fusion Path of Entrepreneurship Education and Professional Education

创业教育纳入高校人才培养方案已逐渐成为大学各方的共识和行动,但目前仍缺乏整体性设计,创业教育和专业教育之间"两张皮"现象依然明显。文章通过分析创业教育与专业教育的内在逻辑关联,借鉴DNA双螺旋结构和创业教育本质,提出以创新创业人才培养为目标,构建同轴相向、有机融合、相互促进和螺旋提升的创业教育与专业教育双螺旋模式,并试图探索该模式的融合路径,即更新教育理念与注重创业文化引领,健全组织架构与完善工作制度,强化创业类课程开发力度与开展课堂教学改革,重视创业师资培养与加强创业实训实战。

As an integral part of college talent cultivation system, entrepreneurship education has some problems of ＂double-skin phenomena＂ and lack of integrated design. Based on the analysis of intrinsic logic relationship between entrepreneurship education and professional education, and referred from the double helix structure of DNA and nature of entrepreneurship education, the paper put forward the double helix model of entrepreneurship education and professional education. It took the innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation as its aim to construct a co-blended, mutually promoting and spiral escalating fusion path. This kind of model would renovate education idea and emphasize guiding role played by culture; perfect organizational structure and working system; strengthen the extent of curriculum development and carry out classroom teaching reform; emphasize entrepreneurship teachers＇ training and enhance practical training as well.
