摘要 MicroRNA(miRNA)是一类广泛存在于真核生物中的非编码单链小RNA,通过影响多个靶基因的表达构建复杂的调控网络,参与细胞增殖、分化、凋亡及代谢调控等过程从而影响机体发育及多种疾病的发生发展。心脏正常生理功能的维持依赖于心肌能量代谢平衡,多种心血管疾病与代谢紊乱密切相关。目前,多项研究已证实microRNA调控糖代谢、脂代谢及线粒体功能等。诸多代谢关键靶点受不同microRNA的调控,参与心血管疾病的发生发展过程。本文主要介绍microRNA调控物质代谢及与代谢异常心血管疾病的相关研究进展。 MicroRNAs( miRNAs) are small non-coding single-stranded RNAs,which are widely distributed in eukaryotes. MicroRNAs have been identified as novel regulators of target gene expression in cell proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis and metabolism,which affect embryonic development and pathogenesis of many diseases. The maintenance of cardiac function should rely on the balance of myocardial energy metabolism. Recent studies have demonstrated that microRNAs can influence the function of mitochondria and the metabolism of glucose and lipid. MicroRNAs are also closely related to the metabolic abnormalities in cardiovascular diseases. This article is aimed to review the current development of microRNAs in metabolism regulation and metabolism-related cardiovascular diseases.
