摘要 磷脂酰肌醇-3激酶/蛋白激酶B(PI3k/Akt)信号通路是细胞内重要的信号转导途径之一,在调节细胞增殖、分化、凋亡、迁移、新陈代谢和血管生成等机体生理活动中具有重要作用。PI3K/Akt通路通过一系列信号级联反应精确调控子宫内膜细胞的增殖与凋亡,该通路异常可能导致子宫内膜细胞功能紊乱,引发子宫内膜疾病的发生。本文就PI3K/Akt信号通路及其下游相关分子在常见子宫内膜疾病中的表达变化及作用进行综述。 PI3K/Akt signaling pathway is an important intracellular signal transduction pathway. It plays an important role in the body which contributes to the cell proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis,metabolism and angiogenesis etc. PI3K/Akt pathway regulates the proliferation and apoptosis of endometrial cells through a series of signal cascades. The abnormal expression of the pathway would lead to disorder in endometrial cell function,and cause endometrial disease. In this article,we reviewed the effects and changes of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway and the downstream related molecules in the common endometrial diseases.
