蛇黄外洗方缓解痔术后疼痛30例

Clinical Observation on 30 Cases of Postoperative Pain Relieved by She-Huang Washing Solution of Hemorrhoid Operation

目的:观察蛇黄外洗方对痔术后疼痛的影响。方法:选取痔术后疼痛患者60例。随机将其分成对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组采用温水外洗治疗,治疗组采用蛇黄外洗方外洗治疗,疗程5d,观察两组不同时间疼通评分情况、治疗效果。结果:治疗组在疼痛VAS评分改善程度、显效率方面均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蛇黄外洗方对于缓解痔术后疼痛具有良好的效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of She - Huang washing solution for relieve pain of hemorrhoid operation. Methods 60 patients of annal fissure were selected and equally assigned to the control group （30cases） and treatment group （30 cases） the by random number method. The control groups were given treatment of sitz bath of warm water, while the treatment groups were given treatment of sitz bath of She - Huang washing solution. Results The treatment groups had better outcome in degree of pain and total effective rate with statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The She - Huang washing solution treatment demonstrated it had the excellent clinical efficacy for the reliving of the pain after hemorrhoid operation. The treatment is worth to promote to use in clinical work.
