针药并用治疗寒冷性荨麻疹30例

Clinical Observation on 30 Cases of Cold Urticaria Treated with Acupuncture and Medicine

目的:观察针药并用治疗寒冷性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:将60例寒冷性荨麻疹患者随机分成对照组、治疗组各30例,对照组口服氯雷他定片,治疗组予针药并举,即麻黄桂枝各半汤加味联合温针灸;冶疗2个疗程后观察两临床疗效。结果:治疗组治疗2个疗程后及停药3个月后的临床疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针药并用治疗寒冷性荨麻疹有较好的疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with medicine in treating cold urticaria. Methods 60 patients with cold sex urticaria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 30 cases in each group. The control group orally loratadine treatment, the treatment group is evenly divided ephedra guizhi soup taste with waim acupuncture and moxibustion therapy. After 2 courses of treatment, observe the clinical effects of two groups. Results The treatment group after 2 courses of treatment and 3 months after discontinuation of clinical curative effect is superior to the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Needle medicine and treatment of cold urticaria has good curative effect, worth clinical application.
