柴胡疏肝散合四君子汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎31例

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Chaihu Shugan Powder and Sijunzi Decoction

目的:观察柴胡疏肝散合四君子汤加减应用于慢性萎缩性胃炎中的治疗效果。方法:选取62例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为研究对象,根据用药不同分为对照组与观察组各31例。对照组实施西药治疗,观察组予以柴胡疏肝散合四君子汤治疗。观察两组临床疗效、治疗前后相关症状及生活质量情况。结果:观察组总有效率为96.77%,优于对照组74.19%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胃痛、乏力、胃脘胀痛、饮食减少、大便稀溏积分较对照组改善更为明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组生活质量评分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡疏肝散合四君子汤加减应用于慢性萎缩性胃炎治疗中治疗效果佳,可明显缓解患者症状,改善其生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Sijunzi decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods Selected 62 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis as the object, according to the different drugs into the control group and observation group, 31 cases. The control group was treated with western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with Chaihu Shugan powder and Sijunzi decoction. The clinical efficacy, symptoms and quality of life were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96. 77%, which was better than that of the control group （74. 19% ）. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05） ; the observation group had more stomach pain, fatigue, epigastric pain, dietary reduction, stool thinning score than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the quality of life score of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Chaihu Shugan Powder Sijunzi Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis in the treatment of good effect, can significantly relieve symptoms, improve their quality of life. Worthy of clinical popularization and application.
