“2+1”模式人才培养体系的构建与实践——以信息管理与信息系统专业为例

The Construction and Practice of Talent Cultivation System based on “2+1” Mode:A Case Study of Information Management and System Majors

针对国内信息管理与信息系统专业培养目标、课程设置和就业方面存在的问题,采用实地走访调查的研究方法,分析了目前国内高等院校信息管理与信息系统专业普遍存在的专业迷茫、课程设置混乱和实践与课程设置脱节的问题,提出了以课程组划分和实践教学为2个主体,以实习基地群为1个平台的专业"2+1"人才培养体系,介绍了相关阶段性成果。

Aimed at the problems in training objectives,curriculum provision and employment in the major Information Management and System in China,the authors conduct field research and interviews to reveal the problems such as the confusion of specialties,the chaos of curriculum setting,and the disconnection between practice and curriculum provision.At last,the paper proposes a talent cultivation system based on＂2＋1＂mode in Information Management and System majors.The system is made up of course group and practice teaching as the two main bodies,and the practice bases group as one platform.
