促进新疆籍少数民族大学生适应的机制探索——以供给侧改革为视角

The Exploration of the Mechanism for Promoting Xinjiang Ethnic Minority College Students' Adaption:from the Perspective of Supply-side Reform

当前国际风云变幻,党和国家高度重视少数民族和民族地区发展的时代命题,高校在培养高素质新疆籍少数民族学生中担负着重要责任。本研究采用实证调查的方法,了解新疆籍少数民族学生在苏高校学习的实际适应情况。以供给侧改革的理念指导,针对高校少数民族学生事务服务、生活资助、学业帮扶、心理减压等需求,提出了健全"线上线下"的服务体系、完善"课上课下"的帮扶机制以及培养少数民族学生的多元文化意识与能力的措施。

With the vicissitudes in the international arena,the Chinese Communist Party（CCP）and the central government pay agreat deal of attention to the development of ethnic minority and minority areas.Colleges and universities take crucial responsibility in the cultivation of high-quality Xinjiang ethnic minority students.This study adopts an empirical research method to reveal the adaption situation of Xinjiang ethnic minority students in colleges and universities in Jiangsu.Guided by the idea of supply-side reform,this paper examines the mechanisms of student affairs service,living assistance,academic support,psychological debriefing for ethnic minority students in colleges and university,and raises these suggestions：to perfect the＂online and offline＂service system,complete the＂in and out of the class＂assistance mechanism;and,train the multi-culture consciousness and capacity of ethnic minority students.
