摘要 提出了一种基于数字可控电感的宽带压控振荡器(VCO)。根据人工介电常数控制理论,提出了利用数字可控差分传输线实现电感可调的方法,并在ADS软件中对数字可控差分电感进行仿真和优化,最终提出了一种采用数字可控电感来实现宽带VCO的方法。在Cadence仿真环境中,采用GF 65nm CMOS工艺进行电路设计。流片后,测得电路总的频率调节范围约为6.5GHz(68.737~75.283GHz),实现了较宽的频带。 A wideband voltage-controlled oscillator based on digital controlled inductance was presented.According to the artificial dielectric constant transmission line theory,adjustable inductance was implemented by using digital controlled differential transmission line.The digital controlled differential inductance was simulated and optimized in the ADS software,and a wideband VCO was achieved with the digital controlled differential inductance.It was designed in the GF 65 nm CMOS process at the Cadence simulation environment.It was taped-out,and the measured frequency adjustment range of the whole circuit was about 6.5GHz(68.737GHz~75.283GHz).The circuit showed a wide bandwidth.
