摘要
本文主要介绍五邑大学应用物理与材料学院近6年来在培养地方高校理工类大学生的创新实践能力方面所探索的一些做法和措施。首先,文中总结了学生课外科技活动在运行过程中必然会面临的5个共性问题;其次,针对这5个共性问题,作者所在教学团队所做的努力和所采取的改进措辞,并建立了一套行之有效的运行机制;最后,指出了这套运行机制试运用的情况和取得的一些成效。本文所介绍的经验和做法期盼能为地方高校在培养创新型人才方面提供可借鉴的宝贵经验。
Some explored ways to cultivate the innovative practical ability of students of sci- ence and technology in the local university are introduced in this paper. These measures have been carried out in authors' school in recent six years. Firstly, five common problems, which will be inevitably faced in the college students' extracurricular activities of science and technol- ogy, are summarized. In order to overcome these five common problems, our teaching team has made some efforts and taken some improvements in recent years. We have set up an effec- tive operation mechanism. The effects and achievements through the trial running of this operation mechanism are pointed out in the last section of the paper. The experiences and practices introduced in this paper are expected to provide valuable experiences for the cultivation of innovative practical ability of students of science and technology in the local university.
