中医经典方剂治疗皮肤病的实验研究进展

Experimental Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription in the Treatment of Skin Diseases

针对皮肤科常见疾病,如银屑病、系统性红斑狼疮、白癜风、湿疹、荨麻疹、痤疮、黄褐斑等,文中综述了近年来采用中医经典方剂治疗这些疾病的实验研究进展,包括六味地黄丸、当归饮子、消风散等。通过文献总结概括,以期更好的明确中医经典方剂的作用机制,为提高中医药治疗皮肤科疾病研究水平,更好的应用于临床提供文献依据。

Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of treating skin diseases. Such as psoriasis,systemic lupus erythematosus,vitiligo,eczema,urticaria,acne,chloasma,et al.This article reviews the recent advances in experimental study of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions to treat these diseases,including Liuwei Dihuang pill,Danggui Yinzi,Xiaofeng Powder,etc. Through the summary of the literature,we can better understand the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine prescription,improve the level of TCM treatment of skin diseases,and provide a better literature basis for clinical application.
