皮炎汤及其在皮肤科的应用

Piyan Decoction and Its Application in Department of Dermatology

皮炎汤是著名中医皮外科专家朱仁康根据其临床经验并借鉴温病卫气营血的辨治方法与方药创制而成,具有清营凉血、泄热化毒之功,治疗多种急性炎症性皮肤病疗效卓越。本文在简要介绍朱仁康及其制方思路的基础上,详细说明皮炎汤的药味组成、煎服方法、用药宜忌、功效主治以及临证加减应用法则。结合文献报道说明皮炎汤在皮肤科应用的范围不断扩大,并分享了笔者应用皮炎汤治疗胆碱能性荨麻疹及嗜酸性粒细胞增多性皮炎的经验。针对与皮炎汤治法密切相关的"透热转气"以及合理使用动物药等问题进行深入讨论分析,以期能更好地理解和运用皮炎汤。

Piyan Decoction is an empirical prescription created by the Chinese famous dermatologist Zhu Renkang,who had referred to the treatment principle and prescription of epidemic febrile diseases. Piyan Decoction has the effect of clearing away heat from yinfeng,cooling blood and eliminating toxins. It has obvious curative effect in the treatment of various acute inflammatory skin diseases. This paper briefly introduces Zhu Renkang and his idea of creating Piyan Decoction,and it also explains in detail the composition of Piyan Decoction,decoction method,medication,indications and clinicaladdition and subtraction rule. The author reported that the scope of application of Piyan Decoction in the Department of dermatology expanded with the literature report,and shared the experience of using Piyan Decoction to treat cholinergic urticaria and hypereosinophilic dermatitis. Discussions and analyzations deeply on ＂ clearing heat from yingfen to Qifen＂ and reasonable use of animal drugs and other issues was closely related to Piyan Decoction,in order to better understand and use Piyan Decoction.
