Guizhi Decoction is created by Zhang Zhongjing which can cure a variety of exogenous and internal injuries disease. This article theoretically explaines the origin,constituent,specific Chinese medicine and dosage of Guizhi Decoction,and also shared the course,the usage and matters need attention of the therapy. Meanwhile,were discussed clinically the rules of its application and indication were disecussed clinically. At the last part,we illustrate a classical usual case in order to treat readers how to use the decoction.
